- Advise managers on performance and growth
- Run onboarding and policy updates
- Own people data and reporting
What you bring
- 4+ years in HR business partnering
- Experience with hourly and salaried teams
- Sound judgement and discretion

Pay and benefits
The base salary for this role is $100,000 to $125,000, depending on experience and level. Every full-time employee also gets stock options and our full benefits.
