Dear Chris,

We're delighted to offer you the position of Senior Product Designer (L5 · Senior) on the Fleet Software team, reporting to Kenji Watanabe, Head of Product. This is a full-time, remote role based anywhere in the US, starting on Monday, November 2, 2026.

Your compensation:

Base salary
$180,000 per year
Target bonus
10% of base ($18,000)
Stock options
8,000 options, 4-year vest, 1-year cliff
Sign-on bonus
$10,000
